I have the deep light model. You have previously sent a replacement part for a part that had broken. Recently that same thing has happened to the Deep Light system we own. Basically the wires have come disconnected thus rendering the device unusable. I don't think the warranty is still valid but I wanted to inquire of the options I have (replace, replace at my cost, repair myself etc.). I look forward to your response.
