Faulty pads
We purchased 2 infrared pads in September
1 of them has a few lights not working
the 2nd one is not basically not working at all. first just a few lights not lighting up to 2 rows not lighting up to 1 row lighting up occasionally with manipulation of the pad ,but not staying lit.
I am resubmitting this ticket, due to an incorrect e-mail address on the first ticket.

LS Deep Light – 2 lights out
Hello, I purchased my LS Deep Light pad in December and I’ve registered it three times on this site so that I can submit a warranty claim but I never see the option available to do that. There are 2 lights out on my unit. Thank you, Christa
Brand new pad doesn’t work
I got a deep light therapy pad for myself last week. It worked twice and now the lights don’t light up. It gets power as the light works on the on/off button, but none of the infared lights light up. What can we do so I can get a new one please?
Repairs
I have the deep light model. You have previously sent a replacement part for a part that had broken. Recently that same thing has happened to the Deep Light system we own. Basically the wires have come disconnected thus rendering the device unusable. I don’t think the warranty is still valid but I wanted to inquire of the options I have (replace, replace at my cost, repair myself etc.). I look forward to your response.
face mask lights out
