We purchased 2 infrared pads in September 1 of them has a few lights not working the 2nd one is not basically not working at all. first just a few lights not lighting up to 2 rows not lighting up to 1 row lighting up occasionally with manipulation of the pad ,but not staying lit. Thank you Lois Ruff
